Corcraft Products Supplier Bid System

Welcome to the Division of Industries (Corcraft) and our Online Supplier Bid System. There is no subscription fee to access this web page or to register for automatic e-mail bid notifications. This is the place to be if you are a vendor who is interested in supplying us with our needed commodities, services and technology contracts, thereby allowing Corcraft to maintain and sustain our mission of employing inmates within Correctional Industries’ workshops around the State.


Corcraft uses this website to announce all open Central Office bid opportunities, allow vendors to register for automatic e-mail notifications of bid opportunities in their chosen categories, as well as browse/search for Invitation for Bids (IFB) and Contract Awards. Vendors will also be able to view open bids available by bid opening date (known as a bid calendar).


One of the exciting features of this system is our free registration process. By registering, vendors will receive e-mail notifications of bid opportunities when they are released. It is very easy to use and everything you need to do appears on just one web page. After you click on the “Register for bid notifications” link to the left of this page, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Select/click on as many of the “Bid Category” items that you are interested in receiving bid notifications. Scroll down the list of commodities/services available for bid.
  2. Provide us with your E-Mail address (of the person from your company that is designated to receive the bid notifications), Company Name, complete address and phone number.
  3. A confirmation page will appear directing you back to the website for verification of information before registration is submitted. Only after you have confirmed your registration will you be officially registered. Once you are registered, you can change your settings, or cancel bid notifications, at any time by clicking on the link within any notification e-mail you receive.


All bid documents are available for general public viewing whether you are registered or not; but by registering, you are ensured of receiving automatic announcements of the bid opportunities.


You may view the bids online or download them onto your own computer. If you are interested in submitting a bid, simply print a copy of the bid and complete and submit the bid documents, as required. Electronic submissions of bids are not yet acceptable in New York State.


This system also enables us to expand our reach to potential bidders while at the same time saving time and natural resources by eliminating our paper-based mailings. If your company does not have an active e-mail address available, you are welcome to send a request for paper copy of a specific bid(s) of interest to the attention of the Corcraft Procurement Team via fax at (518) 434-7434 or by US mail.


Bid opportunities posted at this website are simultaneously advertised on the “New York State Contract Reporter,” New York’s official website of state procurement activity, which is managed by the New York State Department of Economic Development. All New York State agencies, authorities, state universities and public benefit corporations advertise bid opportunities valued at $50,000 or more on this website. In addition, any vendor wishing to do business with New York State must be registered in the New York State Statewide Financial System (SFS) and assigned a Supplier ID.
